Role Overview:

As an Account Manager specializing in the BFSI vertical, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients in the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services, while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the BFSI landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the BFSI sector. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and product development, to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of our solutions. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and explore new opportunities for collaboration. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments affecting the BFSI sector. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other materials to support business development efforts. Monitor and track key account metrics, including revenue forecasts, profitability, and customer satisfaction ratings. Travel to client sites as needed to build relationships and support business objectives.
