Responsibilities for Senior Trainer/Faculty
· Work with Training Coordinator and Project Manager at the client location and ensure the smooth academic delivery
· Prepare the course plan in consultation with the Training Coordinator
· Prepare projects in consultation with the Training Coordinator and explain the same to individual students
· Maintain the student/academic records and escalate matters to Training coordinator wherever necessary
· Provide necessary hand on support to the trainees during their practical sessions
· Monitor individual trainee’s performance and maintain necessary artifacts
· Ensure that course conduct is as per the milestone
Qualifications for Senior Trainer/Faculty
· Proven experience as a Full Stack Trainer or similar role with 10-15years’ experience
· Experience Web and Mobile technology training
· Familiarity with common stacks
· Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
· Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
· Familiarity with databases (e.g. MS SQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache, IIS) and UI/UX design
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Great attention to detail
· Organizational skills
· Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
Certification in the relevant skill sets will be an added advantage
Mandatory-

Strong .net C# developer
Very strong in SOLID principles/hands on experience.
DB experience – preferably MongoDB. SQL is also OK
