Job Description: Senior AI Maintenance and Support Engineer
Location: Eastern Europe / India / Mexico (Remote)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Maintenance and Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in banking and AI-related technologies.
AI Support Engineer (3-5 years experience) - India Preferable
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal and external users of GenAI applications
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to Python code, Angular applications, Azure & AzureOpenAI services, and LLMs.
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
- Work on change requests and implement minor application modifications.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate knowledge base articles.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in GenAI technology and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within the software development or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of Python programming language.
- Experience working with Angular frameworks.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud platform and AzureOpenAI services.
- Basic knowledge of large language models (LLMs).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Knowledge of support processes and ticketing systems would be very useful
- Working knowledge of CI CD pipelines & setup using Jenkins or similar frameworks
AI Support Lead (8-10 years experience) - Poland/Mexico Preferable
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support to internal and external users of our GenAI platform.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical issues related to Python code, Angular applications, Azure & AzureOpenAI services, and LLMs.
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to design and implement architectural changes to the GenAI platform.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement within the GenAI platform and propose solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Mentor junior GenAI Support Engineers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in GenAI technology and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in a technical support role, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar GenAI or cloud platform environment.
- Expert-level understanding of Python programming language.
- Extensive experience working with Angular frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud platform and AzureOpenAI services.
- Proven ability to design and implement architectural changes to complex software systems.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- A passion for continuous learning and a drive to stay ahead of the curve.
- Solid understanding of support processes and ticketing systems.
- Expertise in using CI CD pipelines & setting up of devops pipelines
