Job Description: Senior AI Maintenance and Support Engineer

Location: Eastern Europe / India / Mexico (Remote)

Working Hours: Eastern Time Zone (EST)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Maintenance and Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in banking and AI-related technologies.


AI Support Engineer (3-5 years experience) - India Preferable 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide exceptional technical support to internal and external users of GenAI applications
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to Python code, Angular applications, Azure & AzureOpenAI services, and LLMs.
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Work on change requests and implement minor application modifications.
  • Document technical solutions and maintain accurate knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in GenAI technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within the software development or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Python programming language.
  • Experience working with Angular frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud platform and AzureOpenAI services.
  • Basic knowledge of large language models (LLMs).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Knowledge of support processes and ticketing systems would be very useful
  • Working knowledge of CI CD pipelines & setup using Jenkins or similar frameworks

 

AI Support Lead (8-10 years experience) - Poland/Mexico Preferable 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide advanced technical support to internal and external users of our GenAI platform.
  • Lead the resolution of complex technical issues related to Python code, Angular applications, Azure & AzureOpenAI services, and LLMs.
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to design and implement architectural changes to the GenAI platform.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within the GenAI platform and propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Mentor junior GenAI Support Engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in GenAI technology and best practices.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 8-10 years of experience in a technical support role, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar GenAI or cloud platform environment.
  • Expert-level understanding of Python programming language.
  • Extensive experience working with Angular frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud platform and AzureOpenAI services.
  • Proven ability to design and implement architectural changes to complex software systems.
  • Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a drive to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Solid understanding of support processes and ticketing systems.
  • Expertise in using CI CD pipelines & setting up of devops pipelines
