Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and expertise in CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions to support business operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
· Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
· Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools like Gearset, Jenkins, or Copado.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
· Perform data migration and system integrations across Salesforce and other platforms.
· Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
· Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
· Strong experience with CI/CD tools and automation processes in Salesforce environments.
· Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and security.
· Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
· Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Jenkins, or Copado.
· Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
· Understanding of Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
